C. Repair or construction relating to the structural integrity / life safety of the occupied <br /> multi-family residential building; <br /> D. New shutter/window installation in preparation for hurricane season; <br /> E.Needed roofing repairs or re-roofing; <br /> F. Fire sprinkler system installation and repair; and <br /> G. Fire alarm installation and repair. <br /> 2. The Service Provider is required to maintain the following practices for permitted work <br /> under this Order in occupied multi-family residential buildings: <br /> A. Provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol at all <br /> elevators and all floors; <br /> B. Provide and require the use of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer before entering and <br /> leaving the building; <br /> C. Require that all workers use personal protective equipment, including gloves, <br /> goggles/glasses, and respiratory protection; <br /> D. Practice social distancing per CDC guidelines and work in teams of no more than 10 <br /> people in one area. Adjust project/work schedules to comply with social distancing practices. <br /> 3. No other installations, repairs or replacements shall be conducted on any occupied <br /> multi-family residential buildings in the City of Sunny Isles Beach during the pendency of the <br /> Declared State of Local Emergency. <br /> 4. Failure to abide by any part of the Order, or City requirements issued pursuant to this <br /> Order, shall result in penalties up to and including a Stop Work Order, or other measures deemed <br /> appropriate by the City's Building Official. <br /> 5. The provisions of this Emergency Order shall be effective Friday, April 10, 2020 at <br /> 5:00 p.m. and shall expire upon the expiration of the Declared State of Local Emergency, except that if <br /> the Declared State of Local Emergency is extended, this Emergency Order shall also be deemed to <br /> extend for the duration of such extension. <br /> 6.
