C. Repair or construction relating to the structural integrity / life safety of the occupied multi-family residential building; D. New shutter/window installation in preparation for hurricane season; E.Needed roofing repairs or re-roofing; F. Fire sprinkler system installation and repair; and G. Fire alarm installation and repair. 2. The Service Provider is required to maintain the following practices for permitted work under this Order in occupied multi-family residential buildings: A. Provide alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol at all elevators and all floors; B. Provide and require the use of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer before entering and leaving the building; C. Require that all workers use personal protective equipment, including gloves, goggles/glasses, and respiratory protection; D. Practice social distancing per CDC guidelines and work in teams of no more than 10 people in one area. Adjust project/work schedules to comply with social distancing practices. 3. No other installations, repairs or replacements shall be conducted on any occupied multi-family residential buildings in the City of Sunny Isles Beach during the pendency of the Declared State of Local Emergency. 4. Failure to abide by any part of the Order, or City requirements issued pursuant to this Order, shall result in penalties up to and including a Stop Work Order, or other measures deemed appropriate by the City's Building Official. 5. The provisions of this Emergency Order shall be effective Friday, April 10, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. and shall expire upon the expiration of the Declared State of Local Emergency, except that if the Declared State of Local Emergency is extended, this Emergency Order shall also be deemed to extend for the duration of such extension. 6.
