<br /> WHEREAS, on July 9, 2020. the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an

<br /> WHEREAS, on July 16, 2020, the City Manager extended the Declaration of Local Emergency for an
<br /> additional seven (7) days. until July 22, 2020: and
