The structure of the bridge will be <br />steel frame repeating sections that clear span Collins Avenue; that structural frame is encased in a light-weight concrete skin on <br />both sides. A decorative screening envelops the parking structure, while the office component fronting <br />Meridian Avenue features a glazed curtain wall. The scope of the project included the creation of a pedestrian plaza and pocket <br />park in the south edge of the project, as well as the enhancement of the Meridian Avenue streetscape between 17th and 19th <br />streets.
