CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA) NO. 20-07-01 <br />11 <br />City of <br />Field Exploration Upon Receiving the Notice to Proceed from the City PM <br />• Layout of the borings using a handheld GPS <br />• Layout alignments or locations for any Geophysical <br />Testing <br />• Secure Utility clearances thru Sunshine 811 <br />• Communicate with the City PM and mobilize <br />equipment to the site <br />• Perform field exploration drilling, testing, sampling <br />in accordance with appropriate ASTM standards <br />• Grout the boreholes in accordance with the State <br />standards <br />• Perform assigned Geophysical reviews and studies <br />including electric logging, testing and field analyses <br />• Update the City PM on the field status on weekly or <br />as requested basis <br /> <br />Laboratory and In-situ Testing <br />• Soil index properties <br />• Permeability Testing <br />• Environmental Classification Testing <br />• Compaction Control Testing Criteria Development <br />• Construction Materials and Aggregate Testing <br />• Pile Load testing <br /> <br />Engineering Analyses and Geotechnical Report <br />Our geotechnical report will include analyzing information from the site reconnaissance and field investigation <br />evaluation and collection of data efforts to develop practical alternatives for the geotechnical aspects of the project. <br />Our geotechnical report will address at a minimum the following: <br /> <br /> Conversion of the GPS readings into state plane co-ordinates <br /> Collection and compilation of field and laboratory testing data <br /> Analysis of and report recommendations for the design (including but not limited to) foundations, utility improvements, roadway <br />improvements, etc. <br /> USDA/USGS site vicinity maps <br /> Boring layout plan <br /> Soil design parameter recommendations <br /> Bearing capacity <br /> Subgrade modulus <br /> Active, passive and at rest coefficients of earth pressure <br /> Coefficients of permeability & conductivity <br /> Utilization of excavated material <br /> Foundation capacity <br /> Settlement <br /> Embankment stability analyses (seepage
