<br />Approach to Construction Materials Testing
<br />Our overall approach and methodology to successfully providing and managing this important assignment for the City
<br />is based upon the fundamental RADISE principles and philosophies which guide our engineering, construction
<br />management and administrative practices.
<br />
<br />RADISE has a demonstrated history of proven successes in achieving project scope, schedule, cost and quality
<br />objectives that is accomplished by providing an experienced and qualified team supported by the full suite of technical
<br />skills, analytical tools and oversight that can deliver technically correct, timely and cost-effective work products for each
<br />assigned task. Our guiding principles and philosophies include following:

<br /> Be guided by the City’s needs and goals for the overall project assignment scope, deliverable schedule,
<br />funding constraints and prerequisite level of quality,
<br /> Fully Understand the City’s expectations and develop a management, technical and deliverable work plan to
<br />address and meet these expectations,
<br /> Follow the City’s processes, guidelines and procedures so
<br />that projects are completed in compliance with accepted
<br />guidance criteria and City directives.
<br /> Furnish superior technical knowledge and personnel in all
<br />the required technical discipline and support engineering
<br />fields required of this RFP,
<br /> Provide strong QA/QC to assure a quality, technically
<br />correct and accurate deliverable product,
<br /> Provide strong project and task management and priority
<br />service with dedicated staff capable of recognizing the
<br />City’s administrative requirements and needs for
<br />scheduling, cost tracking, reporting and invoicing; working
<br />closely with the City’s personnel,
<br /> Work as a seamless extension of City staff in dealing with
<br />the general public, landowners, stakeholders as well as
<br />other internal City staff,
<br /> Apply our extensive experience in the City gained from outreach to landowners, stakeholders and regulatory
<br />agencies in dealing with complex land, access and right of way issues involved with construction projects,
<br /> Utilize proven experience and documented procedures to expedite the attainment of Federal, State and Local
<br />permits.
<br /> Utilize standard industry cost data to provide comprehensive and accurate cost estimating. Cost estimates
<br />can be prepared at several levels to assure compliance with project funding constraints and;
<br /> Provide comparative cost estimating and Value Engineering Cost Benefit analyses where needed for
<br />alternative design reviews and selection processes.
