<br />Contract Management
<br />
<br />Mr. Andrew Nixon, PE, our Contract Manager, has 15+ years of experience including providing
<br />Environmental, Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing Services for low and high-rise
<br />structures, single family residential developments, bridges, piers, buried structures, transmission
<br />towers, silos, roadways, etc. He prepares and reviews geotechnical and materials engineering
<br />inspection reports, coordinates and supervises engineering staff and drilling personnel, and conducts
<br />foundation observations, foundation design reviews and geotechnical instrumentation monitoring.
<br />He will serve as an accessible and responsive single point of contact to the County.

<br />Our Deputy Contract Manager for this contract, Mr. Gregory J. Stelmack, P.E., is a seasoned
<br />Geotechnical Engineer with 28 years of experience providing geotechnical engineering and
<br />construction materials testing, and Inspection services for projects, including RADISE’s contracts with
<br />Palm Beach County, the US Army Corps of Engineers, South Florida Water Management District and
<br />the Florida DOT.

<br />RADISE Founder and CEO, Mr. Kumar Allady, P.E., who has 28 years of experience, will
<br />serve as Principal in Charge. He is skilled in providing analysis, design, construction, engineering
<br />inspections, quality assurance/quality control, and materials testing of superstructure and

<br />Quality Assurance (QA)
<br />Quality Assurance (QA) will be provided by RADISE President, who is a QA expert with 25 years
<br />of experience including comprehensive knowledge in providing project quality control/quality
<br />assurance and has served as a Program Manager for specialized quality control work on numerous
<br />projects for private and public clients. He has experience providing QA/QC for water-resources
<br />related projects, with expertise that includes project management, research analy sis, process
<br />analysis, systems design, and he has served as Program Manager on numerous projects for private
<br />and public clients in South Florida including with cities, counties, the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE),
<br />South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) and Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).

<br />Mr. Tom Mullin, P.E., has over 40 years of experience. Mr. Mullin has considerable
<br />experience providing quality assurance oversight; CEI documentation; construction
<br />surveillance, inspection and testing; and technical peer review. Mr. Mullin has managed projects
<br />involving major high-rise towers, commercial buildings, power generating and industrial
<br />facilities, as well as transportation and landfill projects in Florida, and the Caribbean. He
