Mr. Bissoon <br />has a wide range of professional knowledge and hands-on experience in geotechnical, materials, <br />environmental and civil engineering. He works on projects from the initial modeling-specification <br />stage, through the planning, designing and drafting stages and is skilled at conducting materials <br />investigations through the construction completion-certification stage. He has extensive experience in subsurface <br />investigations, roadway soil surveys and foundation design for a variety of project types. He has <br />managed the field testing services we have provided in Miami-Dade County for numerous projects. <br />Mr. Brooks has supervised numerous detailed geotechnical investigations for local public and <br />educational entities including the SFWMD, USACE and FDOT. <br />Email ID: newton.brooks@radise.net <br /> <br />Mr. Sasidhar Ayithi, P.E., who has 20 years of experience and has managed lab testing <br />services for client’s including Counties, Cities, FDOT, USACE, SFWMD, and contractors. He <br />holds numerous CTQP and ACI certifications. Mr. Ayithi has served as Project Engineer, Project <br />Manager and provided project administration for projects involving material testing, inspections, <br />CEI administrations and geotechnical investigation. He is skilled in providing subsurface <br />investigation analysis, design and on-site inspections, quality control and analysis, roadway soil <br />surveys, foundation design, analyses for bridges and environmental impact assessment for highway projects.
