MORALES, PSM <br />Project Surveyor – ROW Surveys <br /> <br />EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Mr. Morales has over 18 years of experience in surveying and mapping <br />for design, construction, sub-surface utility, platting, sectional and <br />boundary determination. He has had the privilege to work throughout <br />the state and has completed projects for Districts 3, 4, 5 & 6. His work <br />in these districts has varied from project management and quality <br />control to construction layout and technical support. He started his <br />career as a CAD drafter but soon after gained the passion for more <br />advanced challenges in Surveying. His expertise lies in right-of-way <br />surveys and maps, ALTA/NSPS land title, topographic/design and <br />construction layout/as-built. His personal interests include the <br />emerging technologies in Surveying and the solutions that it will <br />provide.
