SR 909 Baseline based on best fit of occupation and RW per latest RW Map(s) & Plats; Prepare survey design files <br />and append Project Control for project north of Griffing Blvd. Role: Contract Manager / Senior Project Surveyor. <br />e. <br />(1)TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) <br />I-95 @ 95th Street, Districtwide Miscellaneous Location Survey <br />Consultant (C9R77), FDOT District 6 <br />Miami-Dade County, FL <br />(2) YEAR COMPLETED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />2017 <br />CONSTRUCTION (If Applicable) <br />(3)BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE [X]Check if project performed with current firm <br />Design Survey for NW 95th Street at the intersection with NW 6th Ave. (I-95 Northbound off/on ramps) includes the <br />following: Establish Horizontal Project Control (HPC) on NAD83/2011; Set, GPS and traverse through Project Control; <br />Establish Vertical Project Control (VPC) on NAVD88; Recon and Locate occupation along NW 95th Street from NW <br />7th Avenue to NW 5th Avenue and along NW 6th Avenue from NW 94th Street to NW 95th Terrace, in support of baseline <br />and existing right of way; Create topographic survey and DTM, limits being at the fence or toe of slope pavement for <br />bridges on the NW and SW corners, to the building line on the SE corner and 10 feet into the property at the NE <br />corner; Obtain vertical clearances to overhead utilities, mast arm details and trees & common name (≥ 4” Diameter <br />at Breast Height); 3D topographic data to be acquired by static scanner; Check x-sections along NW 95th Street and <br />NW 6th Avenue; Top, inverts, pipe sizes & directions for ± 5 drainage structures; Calculate Baselines and right of way <br />for NW 95th Street and NW 6th Avenue; Prepare survey design files (Topo, Drainage, Utilities, DTM); Prepare Project <br />Network Control sheets.
