•Aboveground and underground utilities, invert elevations of accessible underground utilities, <br />wood/concrete utility poles, culverts, guardrails, pavement limits, headwalls, end-walls, manholes, vaults, <br />mailboxes, driveways, side streets, trees, landscaping, traffic signage and any other noted improvements. <br />Also identify fence material/height, landscaping plant material limits and driveway construction materials; <br />as well as private property encroachments (i.e. landscaping, overhangs, improvements, etc.) <br />•Survey limits to include the entire right-of-way and an additional overlap of 25-feet on either side of the <br />right-of-way <br />•All locations tied to the Florida State Plane Coordinate System, East Zone (NAD 83/90). <br />•Elevations on North American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD’88) <br />•Survey data to indicate geometry of perimeter private property plats (inclusive of fences, landscaping <br />and driveways). <br />•Utilizing City of Miami Beach Atlas information in conjunction location of above-ground appurtenances in <br />an effort to identify the location of all existing underground utilities in case that this information is needed. <br />•GIS Data Deliverables and other Deliverables: LAS files of the LiDAR point Cloud and MicroStation <br />drawing of TopoDOT extraction vector data. <br />Cost: $191,545.18 <br />25.
