BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Maser Consulting completed the Design Survey for NW <br />95th Street at the intersection with NW 6th Ave (I-95 <br />Northbound off/on ramps). The scope included the <br />following: Establish Horizontal Project Control (HPC) on <br />NAD83/2011; Set, GPS and traverse through Project <br />Control; Establish Vertical Project Control (VPC) on <br />NAVD88; Recon and Locate occupation along NW 95th <br />Street from NW 7th Avenue to NW 5th Ave and along NW <br />6th Ave from NW 94th Street to NW 95th Terrace, in <br />support of baseline and existing right of way; Create <br />topographic survey and DTM, limits being at the fence or <br />toe of slope pavement for bridges on the NW and SW <br />corners, to the building line on the SE corner and <br />10 feet into the property at the NE corner; Obtain <br />vertical clearances to overhead utilities, mast arm <br />details and trees & common name (≥ 4” Diameter <br />at Breast Height); 3D topographic data to be <br />acquired by static scanner; Check x-sections <br />along NW 95th Street and NW 6th Avenue; Top, <br />inverts, pipe sizes & directions for ± 5 drainage <br />structures; Calculate Baselines and right of way <br />for NW 95th Street and NW 6th Ave; Prepare <br />survey design files (Topo, Drainage, Utilities, <br />DTM); and Prepare Project Network Control <br />sheets. <br />Cost: $15,418.00 <br />25.
