LIPTAK, PSM <br />Principal-in-Charge / Contract Manager <br />EXPERIENCE <br />John has over 52 years of comprehensive experience in land survey <br />project management for public and private clients overseeing all <br />field and office related tasks. As Senior Project Manager, <br />Surveyor, and Mapper, his extensive expertise encompasses <br />performing and managing Land Surveying and Mapping <br />exercises for the Determination of Land Boundaries, <br />Engineering Design (topographic) Survey’s (creating digital terrain <br />models DTM’s); Right-of-Way Control Surveys and Right-of-Way <br />Surveys, for the preparation of Parcel Sketches and Right-of- <br />Way Maps for property acquisition for expected improvements to <br />existing State and County Right-of-Way corridors.
