<br />drainage surveys; designation and location of underground utilities; utility coordination; and water boundary
<br />surveys.

<br />The scope included but was not limited to property boundaries, interior and right-of-way improvements, locate all
<br />trees, locate buildings within survey, elevations of high and low points, invert elevations, existing inlets and
<br />manholes, existing easements, site benchmarks with state plane coordinates, bathymetric survey around dock and
<br />boat ramp. Morningside Park, located near the intersection of NE 7th Avenue and NE 55th Terrace, is approximately
<br />42 acres. Cost: $52,426.57. Role: Project Manager / Project Surveyor responsible for supervision of all field and
<br />office procedures and calculations to ensure compliance with State of Florida Standards of Practice and QA/QC.
<br />Diplomat Golf Course and Resort
<br />City of Hallandale Beach, Broward County, FL
<br />Maser Consulting completed a full 3D mapping of this 125-acre private golf course. The course was redesigning its
<br />layout and Mobile LiDAR was the most efficient and effective means of data collection without impacting the daily
<br />use of the facility by the members. Maser Consulting collected the LiDAR data and produced Civil 3D topographic
<br />maps to aid in the design efforts. Responsible for project oversight, supervision of all field and office procedures
<br />and calculations to ensure compliance with State of Florida Standards of Practice and QC/QA.
<br />COSTCO Wholesale
<br />City of Coral Springs, Broward County, FL
<br />Scope of services included master planning, conceptual design, soil erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater
<br />management design, construction administration, and landscape design on behalf of Costco Wholesale for this
<br />14.7-acre +/- development, which contains a stand-alone Costco building and nine (9)-pump fueling station. The
<br />project consists of approximately 157,000 SF of retail space. Project consisted of underground utility as-builts
<br />locations utilizing electromagnetic utility detection and conventional topographic surveying methods (visible above
<br />ground) appurtenances. Supervision of all field and office procedures and calculations to ensure compliance with
<br />State of Florida Standards of Practice and QC/QA. In addition, geotechnical engineering and construction testing
<br />services were provided on this former landfill site. Tasks included investigations and design of deep dynamic
<br />compaction program, compaction grouting program, auger cast piles, and construction oversight.
