Resume <br />Maser Consulting <br />AIMARA DIAZ LA ROSA, PSM <br />Project Manager <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Ms. Diaz La Rosa has more than 18 years of experience in surveying <br />and mapping for commercial, residential, and governmental clients <br />including right-of-way mapping, subdivision platting, design surveys, <br />various constructions projects, topographic surveys for water and <br />sewer departments, and various boundary, topographic and specific <br />purpose survey projects for private clients, public agencies, and <br />developers. <br />She is highly involved in the majority of all the projects, coordinating <br />with the field crews as well as the clients in order to come up with an <br />accurate and time-efficient final product. Length: 2.5 miles+/-. <br />West Avenue and Environs, City of Miami Beach <br />Miami Beach, FL <br />Senior Project Surveyor for topographic survey for West Avenue and <br />Environs. The project area is bounded by 17th Street on the north, 8th <br />Street on the south, Alton Road on the east and Biscayne Bay on the <br />west. It includes approximately 22,400 linear feet of roadway and an <br />additional 1,200 linear feet of storm sewer outfall. <br />SR 5 US-1/Biscayne Boulevard (NE 123rd Street-NE 186th Street) <br />Miami-Dade County, FL <br />This project included Design Survey, Digital Terrain Model, Right-of- <br />way Control and Primary control.
