Coordination, scheduling and planning in collecting field <br />occupation evidence to solve the property boundary and determine fitment of construction plans within limit of the <br />property. Pile, footer, power, storm, water and sewer utility layout and as built. Verifying grid line control during <br />progress of construction. Establish monitoring pins at base of building to determine settlement by end of <br />construction. Water and sewer as-built plans for county review and approval. Final as-built survey. <br /> <br />Gratigny Elementary Schools (Miami-Dade Public School) <br />City of Miami, Miami-Dade County, FL <br />Surveyor in charge of budgeting, coordination and scheduling for the addition of commodities to the school sports <br />complex. This work required capturing of exiting conditions to establish site control, consolidation of plans and <br />coordination for adjustments to plans to fit existing conditions, calculation of location of sidewalks and courts for <br />field layout. Final as-built survey. <br /> <br />MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT / CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br />1000 Museum <br />City of Miami, Miami-Dade County, FL <br />Surveyor in charge of coordination, scheduling and execution of all survey services for the 62-story tower. <br />Established site control and performed boundary solution, coordinated fitment of proposed building and amenities <br />within limits. Laid out piles and all foundation members, established gridline control at ground level and verified all <br />the way to top floor at finished construction, performed settlement monitoring throughout construction, generated <br />final utility as-builts and final as-built survey. <br /> <br />One Paraiso <br />City of Miami, Miami-Dade County, FL <br />Surveyor in charge of budgeting, coordination and execution of services for the 50-story high-rise tower. <br />Responsible for consolidating plans and coordination of proposed fitment of tower and amenities within solved <br />property boundary.
