Proven solutions <br />Responsive and dependable performance <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach RFQ No. 20-07-01: Continuing Professional Consulting Services (CCNA) <br />D-5 <br />Integrating City of Sunny Isles Beach Standards & Requirements <br />A working knowledge of City standards and your general project implementation approach is an important asset in performing <br />this design work. The CES Team has this knowledge. <br />»CES Team staff have intimate knowledgeable of and <br />first-hand working experience with City standards. <br />Our key professionals have completed the design of <br />infrastructure projects in strict compliance with City <br />standards. <br />»CES Team staff have established relationships with <br />City staff as well as a working knowledge of City <br />procedures and its various departments. <br />»The CES Team has a comprehensive working <br />knowledge of the City’s General Conditions and <br />Standard Specifications, Standard Drawings and <br />Standard Details. <br />We will also incorporate new City of Sunny Isles Beach standards as may be developed during design. <br />The CES Project Approach <br />In order to meet and exceed these Key Success Factors, our proposed project approach has been developed based on our <br />knowledge of City procedures, the identification of the key factors for implementing a program, and our extensive previous <br />experience in the successful design and implementation of similar infrastructure projects. The objectives of the CES Team are to: <br />1. Develop and successfully complete projects that meet the goals of the project for the City <br />2. Develop projects that will be compatible with the surrounding community and cause the least disruption to <br />residents and traffic patterns during construction <br />3. Provide project designs that are cost-effective, sustainable and of the greatest value to the City <br />For design projects, the CES Team proposes to complete projects in multiple phases, to include: <br />Study and Report Phase: This phase will include: <br />»Identifying and analyzing requirements of governmental authorities having jurisdiction to approve portions of the <br />Project. <br />»Evaluate various alternate solutions available to the City <br />»Meeting with the City to discuss recommended solutions to best meet City’s requirements for the Project <br />»Prepare a report which will be accompanied by an estimate of Total Project Cost for each solution which is <br />recommended for the Project <br />»Provide the Report to and review it with the City. <br />»Revise the report in response to the City’s comments, as appropriate <br />»Furnish final copies of the Report to the City
