<br />Project Engineer for the $72M Design-Build projects to develop a stormwater model, water/sewer/utility and roadway
<br />design, permitting and infrastructure construction of 1.2 miles of roadway to address sea level rise in the West Avenue
<br />Basin. This resiliency project will provide the community protection from flooding during storm events and high seasonal
<br />tides. The project requires raising the roadway approximately 30 inches while providing a 10-year level of service with no
<br />structure flooding. The contributing basin is 600 acres and all 12 utilities along the roadway will be affected. Modeling using
<br />AdICPR4 and upsizing and design of all curb inlets and yard inlets followed by significant upsizing and modifications of two
<br />pumps stations is required. The project includes 16,000 LF of water main, 7,050 LF of sanitary gravity sewer, 12,800 LF of
<br />storm sewer, a 120,000 GPM stormwater pump station and outfall, and water meter service conversions from the rear of
<br />private properties to new water lines and connections in the right-of-way.
