BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />The project consisted of roadway, roadway drainage, utility and landscape/hardscape improvements to SW 36th <br />Street in Davie, Florida. The existing roadway section was approximately 22’ wide and was expanded to 25’ wide. <br />SW 36th Street was designed as a two (2) lane divided boulevard from College Avenue to SW 76th Avenue within a <br />75-foot public right-of-way width. The roadway was raised in order to comply with SFWMD criteria. The <br />improvements included roadway design and reconstruction, stormwater/drainage piping and structures, water <br />distribution mains, coordination with franchise utilities, landscaping, pavers, pavement, sidewalks, fences and <br />other miscellaneous items. Craven Thompson provided civil engineering, CEI, and miscellaneous survey services <br />for the project.
