BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />This Complete Streets Project involved <br />providing surveying, civil engineering <br />landscape architectural services for the design <br />and permitting of approximately 0.90 miles of <br />roadway improvements. The engineering <br />services included a complete storm drainage <br />system, a roundabout to replace an existing <br />traffic signal, traffic calming devices, <br />landscape and streetscape enhancement, <br />utility coordination and relocation, and full <br />roadway reconstruction. The main Project <br />objective was to discourage truck traffic and <br />redirect cut-through traffic from NE 38th Street <br />to alternate routes between Andrews Avenue <br />and NE 11th Avenue.
