New glazing storefront and window systems along select areas of the east, north and west sides of the building were removed <br />and reinstalled. Cost: $1,500,000. Role: Principal-in-Charge. Lantana Motorist Services Facility, Lantana, FL: Renovation of a 6,700 SF office building for the Florida <br />Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Department. Project includes new office and training room layout, ADA compliant bathrooms and transaction counter, new finishes <br />throughout, new A/C unit and duct work throughout, new roof system and new exterior windows and doors. Cost: $650,000. Role: Principal-In-Charge. <br />Broward College (Continuing Contract) <br />Broward County, Florida <br />Successful completion of multiple college remodeling projects under the firm’s continuing contract with Broward College (recently re-awarded) on all <br />four of their campuses. Projects have included the Will & Jo Holcombe Institute for Higher Learning, Building 8 Dental Lab, Nursing Lab, and Clinical <br />Practice, and the Maroone Automotive Training Facility.
