The firm prepared a boundary and topographic survey, assisted with the planning of key program elements and performed schematic <br />design, design development, construction document, bidding and construction tasks. The design incorporates Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design <br />(CPTED) principles. Arborist and irrigation design services were also furnished for this project. <br />N/A2018 <br />City of Miami Beach Flamingo & Collins Historical Surveying <br />Miami Beach, Florida <br />Principal-In-Charge: Miller Legg was retained by the City of Miami Beach to conduct surveys in order to prepare FEMA elevation certificates for the Historic <br />Buildings classification and Lifting Feasibility Guidelines Study of 444 structures in the Flamingo Park Historical District and 86 structures in the Collins Waterfront <br />Historical District. This work was part of a project to evaluate the City's options for these structures (including elevation, remain in place, demolish, relocate, <br />arden) in preparation for any future sea-level rise. GIS was used to efficiently collect and assemble project photos and data in the field. Miller Legg worked in <br />tandem with our structural engineering subconsultant in its structural lifting analysis assignment for this project. <br />TBD2020City of Miami Beach 19th Street Stormwater Pump Station Miami Beach, Florida <br />Principal-In-Charge: Construction of this pump station was part of the overall plan for the City-wide stormwater improvement system to reduce flooding <br />for residents of the Washington Avenue and Convention Center Drive neighborhood. Miller Legg provided topographic surveying services, a survey of <br />utility designation markings, and an as-built survey of constructed improvements on the 19th Street pump station, the associated parking area and the <br />re-capping areas of the seawall. RESUMES OF KEY PERSONNEL PROPOSED FOR THIS CONTRACT <br />(Complete one Section E for each key person.) <br />20132013Sunny Isles Beach Gwen Margolis Park & Pelican Community Park Artificial Turf <br />Sunny Isles Beach, Florida <br />Principal-In-Charge: The project consisted of the reconstruction of existing natural turf fields at Pelican Community Park and Senator <br />Gwen Margolis Park in the City of Sunny Isles Beach with artificial turf. Miller Legg provided the preparation and permitting of drainage <br />plans to collect under the new drain systems installed as part of the project, as well as surveying services. In addition, construction <br />observation was provided to verify compliance with the plans and for the certification of the project through regulatory agencies. <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />X <br />10. RELEVANT PROJECTS <br />TBD2019City of Miami Museum Park Baywalk Phase 3 Miami, Florida <br />Principal-In-Charge: Miller Legg is providing landscape architecture, civil engineering, lighting/electrical engineering, surveying, SUE, permitting and <br />limited construction administration services for the Miami Baywalk Phase 3 Project. Permitting of the project improvements was provided through the <br />City of Miami, Miami-Dade County and South Florida Water Management District. Funding for this project was acquired through the Florida Inland <br />Navigational District (FIND) Grants Program. This project was performed under our Miscellaneous Landscape Architectural Services contract.
