<br />Project Surveyor: Miller Legg was retained to provide survey/SUE, design, construction plans, permitting and construction administration for a new shelter and
<br />connecting walkways at Devon Aire Park in Miami. The shelter will be used by all age groups and is anticipated to be an extension of the existing playground
<br />area. ADA-accessible picnic tables are proposed. Site preparation and earthwork to reshape existing berms are also specified and detailed in the construction
<br />documents. Also included is the relocation of trees and the restoration of all areas, including walkways and lawns, which may be damaged during construction
<br />process.

<br />Hammock Park Mangrove Trail Survey Coral Gables, Florida
<br />Project Surveyor: The Miami-Dade Co. Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department embarked on a program of obtaining topographic surveys on a number
<br />of County Parks. Miller Legg assisted at Matheson Hammock Park in Coral Gables as part of a mangrove trail renovation project. The firm prepared a survey of
<br />the existing trail from Old Cutler Road to the Park east parking lot exit. The survey located and established a survey baseline along the center line, located above
<br />ground features at intervals, inner edges of mangrove roots, side gravel entrances and elevations at intervals. This deliverable was provided to meet a tight PROS
<br />Department deadline.

<br />Mr. Rossi is a Senior Project Surveyor with more than four decades of surveying and subsurface utility engineering (SUE) experience. His principal areas of experience include
<br />surveys such as boundary, topographic, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, quantity, environmental and wetland, condominium, construction layout, as-built, right-of-way, specific
<br />purpose and subdivisions and platting, as well as subsurface utility engineering (SUE). He currently manages the survey department and the survey field crews in South Florida.

<br />a community center.
