Our 3D capabilities, using Revit and other programs, allow us to present 3D modeling, graphics, and animation throughout the design of our buildings. Our construction documents are reviewed in three dimensions as well through clash detection analysis in order to provide an improved construction document to the Client. Our recently completed BARC Facility for Broward County was the first completed BIM project for the County. TEAM The SMA Team will provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with quality and value - including prompt and accurate delivery of documents as well as careful project administration and construction observation throughout the duration of each project. In addition, the current and projected WORKLOADS of the entire SMA Team will allow this contract to receive priority for service and staffing.
