<br />The Village of North Palm Beach and Engenuity Group, Inc. worked together to demolish the existing lift
<br />station and the design of a new dual- pump station that included a new structured cover and faster
<br />pumps. Adam prepared civil drawings indicating drainage, grading, and pump station work, pollution
<br />prevention plan, and applications affiliated with Village of North Palm Beach Drainage and South
<br />Florida Water Management District.

<br />This roadway serves as the gateway entrance to the Equestrian Communities in southern Wellington.
<br />This Project design involved the widening and re-grading of approximately 1 mile of Southshore
<br />Boulevard from 50th Street to Lake Worth Road. Engenuity Group, Inc. performed the survey as well as
<br />the civil engineering design of the project. The design plans included paving, drainage, grading, plan,
<br />profile, typical sections, cross sections, signing, marking, and intersection improvements at the Lake
<br />Worth Road and Southshore Blvd. intersection. This section of Southshore Blvd. was in need of
<br />rehabilitation due to the settlement and cracking of the asphalt, which was likely caused by the
<br />proximity of an existing ditch running along the roadway.

<br />For this property In Palm Beach Gardens EGI provided preliminary engineering services for wastewater
<br />and water work. Mr. Swaney served as project manager, through the preparation of conceptual
<br />drawings for drainage, paving, wastewater, and water work, drainage statement and drainage
<br />calculations while coordinating with Seacoast Utilities. Next he managed the design and perm itting
<br />phase from drawing preparations to permit submittals. Finally, he oversaw the construction phase from
<br />site visitations to the preparation of certifications.
