Mr. Swaney prepared preliminary and final design plans and documents, obtained necessary permits, provided bidding assistance, and assisted construction administration efforts. f . In 2018 Mr. Swaney provided design, permitting and construction phase services to replace the watermain. He then designed the installation of stormwater catch basins and piping along the east and west sides of Cypress Lane, to connect to the existing stormwater infrastructure on the east side of Davis Road. g. This site will consider shared access and parking with the City’s Barracuda Bay Water Park. As Project Engineer, Mr. Swaney is responsible for much of this project’s development through the schematic design, design development, construction documents preparation, permitting and bidding phase, and construction administration & certification phases. h.
