The Community Center will be a new addition to the existing pavilions, playgrounds, and <br />skate park. The Community Center will be approximately 13,500 GSF. These updates included a five-foot concrete sidewalk, allowing <br />access along the front of the Clubhouse with curbs and handrails. This replaced the striped pathway <br />leading from the front door area to both the north and south parking areas. These changes brought the <br />parking lot up to ADA standards and compliance. <br />25
