BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Engenuity Group worked with Song + Associates, Inc. on the design of a new facility at <br />the existing office site in Palm Beach Gardens, 3185 PGA Boulevard. The community that <br />this facility is serving has outgrown the capacity of the current building. The Tax <br />Collector’s Office responded to the community’s need by planning to move the facility <br />to a bigger building that was designed through our partnership with Song + Associates. <br /> <br />Our survey department prepared a tree, boundary and topographic survey and <br />provided plat preparation. Our engineering department oversaw the entire project <br />development, from preliminary planning to design and permitting, and will be providing <br />construction administration services once construction commences. <br /> <br /> <br />25.
