BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br />Engenuity Group is workin g with the roadway design engineer, Chen Moore & <br />Associates, to provide Topographic Surveys of all District 4 roads as part of the <br />Lake Worth Neighborhood Streets Program that is the result of the recently passed <br />bond referendum by the residents of the Cit y. The majority of the City’s roadways <br />were previously in disrepair and are now being completely renovated under this <br />program. <br /> <br />District 4 spans from Lake Avenue to the North to the southern limits of the City and <br />from Dixie Avenue in the west out to the I ntracoastal Waterway. <br /> <br />Year 1 roads include South J Street, South K Street, South M Street, 7th Ave S., and <br />10th Ave S. among many others for a total of 20,997 linear feet of roadway. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
