BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Engenuity Group was contracted by the Town of Jupiter Island to provide Professional <br />Engineering & Land Surveying services in connection with the North Beach Road project. This <br />project is being completed in three phases; Phase 1 included survey, Phase 2 resolved drainage <br />issues, and Phase 3 consisted of the new roadway design including full depth reclamation. <br /> <br />Our survey services included: <br /> Locating sufficient horizontal control points to register the previously created map to the <br />vertical data <br /> Quality controlling the horizontal features and made updates <br /> Collecting elevations at 50’ stations and high/low points <br /> Providing topography in the wooded conservation areas for future drainage design <br /> Drone <br /> <br />For Phase 2 of this project, Engenuity Group, Inc. provided a Drainage design for the North Beach <br />Road which included water quality/quantity drainage systems in low lying areas to address <br />trapped standing stormwater areas. An opinion of probable cost was included. <br /> <br />The final Phase of this project consisted of the new roadway design. Engenuity Group, Inc. <br />proposed a uniform 18 foot minimum road width and utilized geotechnical reports to determine <br />ultimate pavement design needs. The design is complete and currently out for bid. <br /> <br />25.
