[Type here] <br /> <br />ATLANTIC DUNES PARK SEAWALL <br />RESTORATION & PARKING IMPROVEMENTS <br />DELRAY BEACH, FL <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br />Engenuity Group provided professional land surveying and <br />civil engineering services to Master Consulting Engineers, <br />who were awarded the improvement project of this City of <br />Delray Beach waterfront park by the ocean. <br /> <br />The project is segmented into 2 phases: Phase 1 contains <br />design of seawall, parking lots and park improvements and <br />construction of seawalls. Phase 2 will plan the construction <br />and striping of parking lots and drainage improvements. <br /> <br />Our scope in the current phase (1) entailed preparing <br />boundary, topographic and tree surveys for the three (3) <br />parcels the park occupies and civil design and permitting <br />assistance for the planned projects.
