[Type here] <br /> <br />SOUTHGATE BLVD & ROCK ISLAND ROAD <br />TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY <br />MARGATE, FL <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />Engenuity Group, Inc. was contracted by Chen Moore & <br />Associates to complete a topographic survey along Southgate <br />Boulevard and Rock Island Road for the City of Margate. The <br />topographic survey is going to be used to complete design <br />drawings for the construction plans of a new force main. The <br />route of the force main will start at the lift station located at the <br />intersection of S.W. 64th Avenue and Southgate Boulevard and <br />run Westerly along Southgate Boulevard then Northerly along <br />Rock Island Road and through the City of Margate Public Works <br />Department yard to the lift station located on the South side of <br />West Atlantic Boulevard. <br /> <br />Our survey included setting permanent benchmarks along the <br />route, with cross sections within the right-of-way every 100 feet. <br />All storm, sanitary and water structures and the corresponding <br />invert data were located. All trees within the route were <br />located, identified and measured for size. Additionally, cross <br />sections of the Pompano Canal C-14 on both sides of Rock <br />Island Road were completed. <br /> <br />We began the topographic survey in November 2016 and <br />completed and delivered to the client in January 2017.
