<br />Project Manager City of Miami Beach– Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
<br />Contract Description: Oversees the preparation of Topographic and Drainage Survey including two bridges for planned renovation
<br />and expansion of Convention Center. Coordinate with another company to identify the utility line locations, used in our mapping
<br />process, by use of vacuum excavation techniques and ground penetration radar. Role in Project: Project Manager.

<br />Contract Description: Oversees the preparation of surveys related to environmental projects at such locations as: Blanche Park,

<br />Contract Description: This contract consisted of Recon and Locate R/W Monument Section Corners. Performed GPS Survey,
<br />Horizontal Traverse and analyze Survey R/W Monumentions in conjunction with Record Data. Also, performed topographic Surveys
<br />and prepared Digital Terrain Models (DTMS). Site Location: Miami, Florida. Role in Project: Project Manager.

<br />Contract Description: Mr. Bartholomew currently performs litigation support, research, investigation, consulting, attending meetings
<br />and mediations, depositions, trials and preparation of court exhibits. Role in Project: Project Manager
<br />Mount Sinai Medical Center. Hialeah, Florida
<br />Project Description: This project consisted of the preparation of a Tentative Plat and Final Plat for Miami-Dade County. This also
<br />included the coordination of Platting Services with the City of Hialeah, Miami-Dade County, and various agencies. Role in Project:
<br />Project Manager.

<br />Lincoln Road District Phase 1, Miami-Dade, Florida.
<br />Project Description: This project consisted of preparation of a Topographic Survey and high density 3D survey model of Lincoln Road
<br />Mall for architectural and engineering design purposes with reference to state plane coordinates and a known vertical datum. The
<br />scope of work was developed as two phases.
<br />Role in Project: Project Manager.
<br />Mr. Bartholomew is President of Biscayne Engineering Company and a
<br />Professional Surveyor and Mapper with 20+ years of experience (28 years of
<br />which have been with Biscayne Engineering Company, Inc.). His responsibilities
<br />include managing large scale, contracts for Municipalities and State government
<br />agencies, and overseeing the preparation of Canal R/W Maps and Surveys,
<br />LiDAR, Design and Control Surveys, and the wide variety of surveys encountered
<br />at Biscayne (Boundary, ALTA/ACSM, Specific Purpose, Topographic, Mean High
<br />Water, etc.). Also, he is actively involved in the preparation of plats and in his role
<br />as plat reviewer for the City of Hialeah. He is well versed in the requirements of
<br />Chapter 177, Part 1, and Florida Statutes. He has a vast knowledge of various
<br />software programs such as Microstation, Leica’s Cyclone, Topo-DOT, FDOT
<br />procedures and requirements, Autodesk’s AutoCAD Civil 3D and basic scripting
<br />capabilities. In addition, he works closely with the office staff and Field Crew
<br />Supervisor in the management of the numerous construction surveying projects
<br />performed throughout south Florida.
