<br />Contract Description: As Project Manager for this contract, Mr. Bruce was responsible for providing Right of Way Mapping and

<br />Project Description: This project consisted of a Topographic Survey of the survey limits outlined on the sketch provided by client.

<br />Project Description: This project consists of Re-Platting services to the City of Hialeah. These services include, but are not limited to,
<br />the preparation of Boundary Survey, Tentative Plat, plotting of legal descriptions and Final Plat. Role in Project: Project Manager.

<br />Project Description: This project consisted of an update to a Boundary Survey to include a Topographic Survey in accordance to
<br />Florida Standards of Practice for Surveys as set forth by the Florida Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers pursuant to
<br />Chapter 5J-17 Florida Administrative Code Section 472.027 Florida Statutes. Prepare a Sketch to Accompany Legal Description.

<br />Project Description: This project consisted of an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey for a portion of the property at 3300 S. Moorings.
<br />Aside from the minimum NSPS ALTA standards, the survey was supplemented with additional Table “A” items specified by the client.
<br />The original owner, our client for many years, was selling this portion of their property.
<br />Role in Project: Project Manager.

<br />vast experience managing a large volume of projects from
<br />municipalities and state government agencies.
<br />
<br />His duties include overseeing the field and office
<br />procedures. Also, he is familiar with all the procedures and
<br />requirements for the wide variety of surveying services
<br />Biscayne Engineering provides to the public and private
<br />sector. Mr. Bruce’s experience includes, but is not limited to
<br />Hydrographic Surveys, Construction Surveys,
<br />Condominium Documents, Boundary Surveys, Topographic
<br />Surveys, Mean High Water Surveys, Platting, Design and
<br />Transportation Surveys in multiple large scale projects.
