<br />Brightline / Florida East Coast Industries (MiamiCentral), Miami-Dade County, Florida.
<br />Project Description: This project consisted of numerous phases including establishing boundaries and construction layout control
<br />via conventional survey methods, preparing legal descriptions for 3D airspace parcels and easements in a mixed use
<br />development, and preparing ALTA/NSPS Surveys for complex transactions. (Size: over 400,000 SF / Cost: ±$250K). Role in
<br />Project: Production Manager.
<br />SR A1A, Collins Ave. (Haulover Inlet to Bayview Dr.), Miami-Dade County, Florida.
<br />Project Description: This project consisted of setting primary & secondary control points via conventional survey methods,
<br />performing level runs through the primary & secondary control points, preparing a DTM survey, locating visible and topographic
<br />features, preparing cross sections, and performing a survey for MOT purposes. (Size: 1.5 miles / Cost: ±$84K). Role in Project:
<br />Production Manager.
<br />Southern Glades, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Monroe County, Florida.
<br />Project Description: A multi section Boundary Survey located in the Southern Glades of Florida. This project consisted of the
<br />location and setting of section corners in the Glades utilizing boats and creative surveying methods; in accordance with Flor ida’s
<br />Standards of Practice (SOP) and SFWMD requirements. Role in Project: Production Manager.
<br />Interstate 95 overpasses, Broward County, Florida.
<br />Project Description: Research project site and determine survey strategy. Coordinate with data collection, including laser
<br />scanning operation, and verify quality control parameters. Check and process field data, register and integrate scan data, im port
<br />data into software database. Perform boundary and baseline analysis utilizing field surveyed monuments and record data.
<br />Prepare Control and Topographic Survey, CAD files, point cloud, GIS layers, and signed and sealed sheets. Role in Project:
<br />Scanning Manager and Technician.
<br />Miami Beach Convention Center and Right-of-Way from Meridian Ave. to Washington Ave. and from 17th St. to Dade
<br />Blvd., Miami-Dade County, Florida.
<br />Project Description: Coordinate with data collection, including laser scanning operation, and verify quality control parameters.
<br />Check and process field data, integrate scan data, import into software database. R/W and baseline analysis utilizing field
<br />surveyed monuments and record data. Prepare control survey, files, GIS layers, and sheets. Role in Project: Survey Technician.
<br />Miami Design District Special Area Plan and Right-of-Way from N Miami Ave. to N Federal Highway and from NE 36th St.
<br />to NE 42nd St., Miami-Dade County, Florida.
<br />Project Description: Coordinate with data collection and verif y quality control parameters. Check and process field data, import
<br />into software database. R/W and boundary analysis utilizing field surveyed monuments and record data.
<br />Prepare control survey, updates, files, and sheets. Role in Project: Survey Technician.

<br />Mr. Rabionet is a professional Surveyor and Mapper with 7 years of
<br />experience, all of which have been with Biscayne Engineering. He has
<br />worked on various right-of-way projects and is experienced in
<br />research, calculations, processing, and drafting.
<br />
<br />He also has experience preparing DTM, R/W, control, design,
<br />boundary, and topographic surveys. He has a good working
<br />knowledge of various software programs such as Leica’s Cyclone for
<br />point cloud processing and Autodesk’s AutoCAD Civil 3D as well as
<br />basic scripting capabilities. He has used GPS equipment, total
<br />stations, level instruments, electronic digital levels, and laser scanners
<br />to obtain field data and elevations.
