<br />Project Description: Services include Engineering support to the General Contractor during construction includin g plans for the
<br />construction support compound, multiple maintenance of traffic plans and permitting. Project also includes Construction Layou t
<br />Surveying and As-Builts. Role in Project: Sr. Survey Technician.

<br />Mr. Volovelsky is a Location Survey Production Manager with 22 years
<br />of experience, 14 years of which have been with Biscayne Engineering.
<br />
<br />He is experienced in ROW research and calculations for various FDOT
<br />State Road projects, preparing PNC, DTM, ROW, control, design, and
<br />topographic surveys. He has a good working knowledge of various
<br />software programs such as FDOT Connect for Open Roads Designer,
<br />Microstation V8i, Geopak, FDOT-SS10, Trimble Business Center, Civil
<br />3D, Caice, and EFB.
<br />
<br />Mr. Volovelsky is familiar with FDOT procedures and requirements. Mr.
<br />Volovelsky has the necessary skills to manage GPS equipment, total
<br />stations, level instruments and electronic digital level.
