Periodic submittals (i.e. bridge development report [BDR], 60%, 90%,
and Final) based on the project schedule will be provided. For the pavement coring operations, we will
provide D6 with a preliminary coring plan, coordinate the required MOT, analyze the data in accordance
with the Materials manual and enter data in the FDOT Pavement Core Reporting (PCR) system. We will
develop Technical Special Provisions as required and review plans. The services will be performed in
accordance with the current edition of the FDOT
SFWMD
Terracon commonly interact with the SFWMD regarding securing water use and dewatering permits.
Terracon staff also conduct wetland delineation by jurisdictional reviews with SFWMD. Terracon
prepares UMAM data forms and obtains approval for the scores as part of the environmental resource
permit (ERP) process with SFWMD. The mitigation plan includes mitigation bank credits. Upon the
reservation of the credits, SFWMD will issue the ERP. Otherwise, if we determine that the wetlands are
non -jurisdictional by USACE and an approved jurisdictional determination a "no permit required"
determination will be requested and obtained.
Terracon was selected by the District to provide environmental risk assessment services in 2016.
