<br />Andres Perez, with over 20 years of civil engineering experience in Florida and throughout the Caribbean, serves as Director.
<br />Andres has led multi-faceted project teams in the engineering design for public developments such as parks, corridors, commercial
<br />properties, roadways, streetscape and Right-of-Way. His experience in site development in South Florida and within Miami Beach
<br />include design of paving, grading, drainage, various utilities, including water and sewer. Andres utilizes his experience in project
<br />management to coordinate with clients’ Project Managers and lead a design team to execute clients’ vision. His experience
<br />encompasses the planning, design and construction administration for site/civil projects.
<br />His site/civil experience in Florida also includes the permitting of projects through agencies such as the Florida Department of
<br />Environmental Protection (FDEP), South Florida Water Management District, and Florida Department of Transportation. Andres
<br />has processed stormwater management designs through these agencies to obtain Coastal Construction Control Line Permits
<br />(CCCL), Environmental Resource Permits (ERP), requiring extensive experience with projects adjacent to the coast and/or
<br />waterfront. These projects have required coordination with diverse project teams to design systems that meet the development
<br />programming goals for both public and private sector clients and the stringent regulatory permitting criteria to manage surface
<br />water runoff.
