<br />Demar Woodson has over 31 years of construction engineering experience, which involve completing and managing public works
<br />right-of-way projects. Demar has participated in a variety of projects including plan reviews and the design and production of
<br />construction drawings for water and sanitary sewer service connections. Demar has also processed permits through multiple
<br />regulatory agencies such as Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Department of Health (DOH), Miami-Dade County
<br />Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources (RER), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), and the U.S
<br />Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
<br />
<br />Demar has considerable supervisory and management experience in the construction of public works projects and facilities,
<br />including planning and zoning variances, impacts adjacent to the public right-of-way at private property lines, and coastal and
<br />beach revitalization improvements. As Right-of-Way Manager for the City of Miami Beach, Demar managed the plan review of
<br />diverse projects for compliance with local, state and federal regulatory agencies and processed permit applications for proposed
<br />utility installations. He also supervised inspections for capital improvements projects, including public and private water and
<br />sanitary sewer mains installations, streets and street lighting construction, roadway construction, storm drainage systems, and
<br />Miami Beach’s city-wide stormwater pump stations construction improvements.
