<br />Carfedlen “Carl” Reyes, with over 19 years of experience in computer-aided design (CAD) for civil, coastal and marine
<br />engineering, serves as a CAD Designer and Civil Engineer. He conducts and interprets hydraulic models, and applies the results
<br />for water, wastewater and stormwater projects. He regularly provides CAD support to project engineers by conducting coastal
<br />process studies, including numerical modeling. He extracts various data sets, bathymetry, and prepares report figures for
<br />engineering studies and reports. Carl has extensive experience completing civil works design within the CAD environment utilizing
<br />the latest versions of AutoCAD. He has training and experience with the use of AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare coastal plans,
<br />plan/profiles, and to calculate earthworks (cut/fill) for coastal and marine projects. Carl regularly coordinates with other consultants
<br />on project teams including mechanical, electrical, landscape/architectural engineers to prepare and compile comprehensive
<br />construction documents. He has been responsible for CAD and management of CAD files and drawings for more than $2 billion
<br />in civil works projects, both locally and internationally.
