<br /> Emily Prosser, with over 5 years of civil and environmental design experience, serves as a Jr. Project Manager at Coastal Systems.
<br />Emily is responsible for feasibility studies, engineering calculations and design, preparation of construction plans and
<br />specifications, field investigations and construction administration on a variety of projects that include marinas, shoreline
<br />stabilization and marine structures. Her responsibilities include planning, coordination, and management of civil projects.
<br />
<br />Prior to joining Coastal Systems, Emily worked as a project engineer, specializing in municipal water and wastewater systems.
<br />She prepared and coordinated engineering drawings and design specifications for projects including potable water distribution,
<br />sanitary sewer collection, and sewage pump stations and wastewater treatment plant improvements. She conducted site visits
<br />for design and construction, and led condition assessments for stormwater facilities.
<br />
<br />Emily oversaw projects and supporting staff to ensure design and deliverables were on time and within scope. Tasks included
<br />forecasting future estimated costs, tracking budgets, invoicing, and reviewing contract documents for quality assurance. She also
<br />performed construction administration including submittal review, requests for information (RFI) responses, and facilitated design
<br />and construction meetings with clients, contractors, and engineers to ensure the success of completed projects.
