BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT <br />Advance Consulting Engineering Services, Inc (ACES) is in charge of a roof maintenance program and managing the repair process for over 39 buildings with roof areas ranging from 100,000 to 300,000 square feet. This program includes management of the repairs process from finding the roof problems to contacting and supervising the repairs performed by a roofing contractor. ACES has performed water testing to explore the possible sources of water intrusion into building areas. After hurricane Wilma hit South Florida, the park experienced several roof damages. ACES was part of the Flagler team to assess the damages, perform necessary testing and develop repair specifications. ACES is the roof consultant designer for the reproofing program for this park with the replacement of 2 roofs per year for the next 5 years. <br />25.
