(ACES) was involved in the roof construction monitoring for the warehouses being built in over 430 acres in the southwest quadrant of the Turnpike and NW 25th Street. These warehouses have roof areas ranging from 150,000 to 210,000 square feet. <br />ACES was involved in the daily monitoring and testing during the installation of the insulating lightweight concrete, and the monitoring of the installation of the roof membrane and roof accessories. <br />ACES was also involved in the water testing of installed windows, panel caulking peel tests as well as exterior paint and texture thickness as part of the quality control program during construction. <br />25.
