(ACES) is involved in several litigation cases involving building envelope failures. These studies require several testing such as window ASTM and AAMA water testing, stucco sounding and coring tests, roof survey and flood test. ACES was also retained as expert witness. <br />ACES had developed building survey reports to help the school maintenance personnel to perform preventive maintenance in some buildings. <br />25.
