Company Background <br />Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. (PDS) is a local minority firm, established as a Florida Corporation in <br />Broward County on June 19, 2007 with headquarters in Broward County in the City of Miramar, and <br />offices in North Miami and South Carolina, licensed and certified to do business in the State of Florida. <br />Our state license and other applicable certifications, such as the FDOT and County prequalification <br />are available upon request. <br />PDS was founded in the verge of one of the worst economic depressions of recent history. However, <br />implementing the PDS Approach, with unparalleled service and quality in our deliverables, PDS has <br />managed to grow exponentially since its inception with a constant goal of offering exceptional service <br />and high quality engineering and surveying services to private and government clients. <br />PDS is registered as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and as a Miami-Dade and Broward <br />County CBE firm, and also as a State of Florida SBE firm, and holds technical pre-qualifications in <br />Miami-Dade County and FDOT. PDS is also a SBE firm registered with South Florida Water <br />Management District and an 8(a) firm registered with the Federal Government.
