•City of Opa-Locka – Citywide Surveys for CIP Program - Provided Topographic Surveys to <br />about 200,000 LF of roadways throughout the City of Opa-Locka for a Capital Improvement <br />program to improve water and sewer Infrastructure throughout the City. <br />•FDOT District 4 – Transit Improvements throughout Broward County – Provided land <br />surveying, existing underground utility investigation, Civil, Electrical & Structural Design for <br />improvement of 74 bus stop locations in Broward County. <br />•FLL South Runway Extension – Provided existing underground utility investigation, utility <br />design, utility relocating coordination, surveying for As-Built plans and final construction <br />certification of new utilities constructed, as well as construction management services. <br />•Miami-Dade Transit Federal PSA – PDS is the prime consultant to Miami-Dade Transit to <br />provide Architectural/Engineering support for federally transit funded projects. <br />•Broward County Transit – Transit Improvements – Performed Survey, Pre-Design, Design, <br />Permitting and Construction Management for over 500 Transit Improvement locations as the <br />Prime consultant on this General Engineering Contract to provide Architectural/Engineering <br />services. <br />As shown above, at PDS we have a track record of delivering projects within budget and schedule, <br />providing unparalleled responsiveness and excellent communication with our clients throughout the <br />way for an excellent project Performance.
