The Transit Department provides this facility with over <br />175 parking spaces on a 2.2 Acre lot, and access to major transit routes throughout Broward County. <br />PDS provided design, permitting and engineering services as the prime consultant during construction <br />for the redevelopment of this parking site. The project was fast tracked with the local City and County <br />governmental agencies, as well as the Broward County Aviation Department for the development of this <br />site in just a few months. The fast tracking included the design and obtaining the necessary permits in <br />just under 30 days. The PDS design included the new pavement section design and the innovative <br />drainage solutions to serve the parking facility in order to meet local permitting code criteria. <br />The scope of work of this project includes the following task: <br />Coordination with County and Government to expedite the project <br />Design and Permitting of a parking facility providing over 175 parking spaces <br />Design of the Drainage System to meet local drainage criteria <br />Pavement Marking and Signage Design <br />Site Lighting and Electrical Design <br />Provide Engineering Services during construction to certify the completion of the project <br />Field Inspections <br />Professional Surveying Services <br />Premiere Design Solutions role in the project was: <br />General civil engineering services, including Paving and Drainage Infrastructure improvements, <br />electrical design, stormwater management and grading design. <br />Provide coordination services as prime consultant of other engineering traits <br />Obtaining Engineering Permits for “Fast-Tracked” project in less than 30 days <br />Construction Management and Engineering inspection construction services. <br />North Perry Airport Park and Ride <br />City of Pembroke Pines <br />Broward County, FL <br />KEY PERSONNEL <br />Luis Jurado, PE / Gustavo Eckardt, PE / <br />Jason McKoy / Kevin Fulchan, EI / <br />Henry Rivera / Fernando Fernandez, PSM <br />146
