A-1 <br />Miami, FL 33160 <br />305-792-1331 <br /> <br />CONSULTING COST <br />$ 40,000 <br /> <br />COMPLETION DATE <br />March 2016. <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br />The Ocean Reserve Condominium is an existing 16 stories, 40-year-old residential condominium in the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida which was in need of numerous repairs and improvements to seek the <br />required 40 year Certification as required by the City. <br /> <br />Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. (PDS) was contracted by the Building Association to conduct a 40 Year <br />Inspection and prepare the necessary reports, outlining the deficiencies and improvements necessary of <br />the building to obtain its 40 Year Certification. <br /> <br />Upon completion of the required inspections, Premiere Design Solutions, Inc. (PDS) coordinated the <br />preparation of engineering drawings and assisted the Client in preparing Bid Documents to obtain and <br />select bids from contractors to execute the work. PDS was involved in some of the repair projects and <br />provided construction management and inspection services, assisting the client with the acceptance and <br />proper repair of work contracted. Repairs included concrete restoration of balconies, garage concrete <br />restoration, lighting improvements, fire alarm improvements and other general repairs. <br /> <br />Upon completion of all construction work, PDS coordinated with the city to obtain the final 40 Year <br />Certification for the Building as required by the City. <br /> <br />Services performed by PDS include d: <br /> <br /> 40 Year Inspections and Reports (Structural and Electrical) <br /> Design of necessary Repairs <br /> Permitting Coordination with Permitting Agencies <br /> Bid Support and Assistance <br /> Construction Support <br /> Meetings with City to obtain 40 Year Certification <br />Ocean Reserve 40 Year Certification Support <br />Ocean Reserve Condominium Association <br />City of Sunny Isles, Florida <br /> <br />147
