(PDS) proudly offers a wide array of high quality land surveying and topographic services. All of our work is performed with state of the art equipment renewed in 2020 and by or under the strict supervision of our chief surveyor and licensed professional, ensuring our clients that the quality, accuracy and completeness of our products are of great precision. Within our services, the most common are the following: Ground Surveying and Mapping: Through these services, PDS Provides conventional ground mapping techniques for design quality engineering. We map the utility paint-outs and locate all above ground features and collect topographic elevations of existing ground or coverings. We then merge ground mapping to establish the project base map in the prescribed tile system or coordinates. We can develop seamless digital terrain model (DTM) to create contours and then a final base map according to clients CAD drafting and layering standards. For these services, PDS utilizes in house RTK/GPS Rover, Digital Leica Total Station, Digital Data Collectors, Level, Transits, as well as conventional support equipment’s. Geodetic Control Surveys: Establish a project control network throughout the project reach via static GPS and electronic leveling technology. Right of Way Acquisition Support: PDS can also provide right of way acquisition/appraisal support documentation. We employ our RTK/GPS surveying to tie all land monuments that control the route properties and prepare right of way plans showing parcel numbers, owners names, existing right of ways, subdivision lotting, section lines and planimetric features from the base maps. Provide parcel-taking exhibits for each owner. Write legal descriptions for each parcel with area values before and after take. Land Surveying: Prepare short plats, boundary line adjustments, ALTA surveys, record of surveys and municipal utilities permit drawings as needed for acquisition and relocation. Field stake parcels and prepare legal descriptions as required. For these services, PDS utilizes in house RTK/GPS Rover, Digital Leica Total Station, Digital Data Collectors, Level, Transits, as well as conventional support equipment’s. Construction Phase Surveying and Stake-Out: PDS also provides stakeout services to accurately establish construction control points to allow contractors build and construct improvements in accordance to the contract drawings. Stake out services include constant monitoring and re-staking of construction progress, and final location of improvements in certified as-built plans. 15
