<br />ADA Compliant Bus Stop Improvement, Town of Miami Lakes, Miami Lakes, Florida - Mr. Eckardt was the
<br />project manager and engineer of record for this project, which included the filed data collection, topographic survey,
<br />scope determination, and the generation of demolition, new construction, and maintenance of traffic plans. Project
<br />provided the client with the design for ADA improvements to 19 bus stops locations, new bus shelters, concrete
<br />pads, sidewalks and amenities. Project included the coordination with Town, Miami-Dade Transit, conduct
<br />underground utility investigations and permitting.
<br />
<br />Fort Lauderdale Airport Runway Expansion Project, Fort Lauderdale, FL - Mr. Eckardt was the Project Quality
<br />Control Manager for the utility designs, relocations and coordination related to the FLL Runway Expansion project,
<br />to expand the runway over US-1. Mr. Eckardt participated in the generation of engineering drawings for the design
<br />of over 5,000 LF of 16” Water Main, and 4,000 LF of 12” Force Main for utility relocations required for this project.
<br />The project also included the design of a shared communication duct bank to relocate communication utilities along
<br />the corridor. Mr. Eckardt also assisted in the coordination efforts with over 20 Utility Companies with utilities along
<br />this corridor that will also be impacted by this project which will need to be relocated. Utility companies included
<br />AT&T, FPL, TECO, Comcast, FAA, Windstream, XO, CITGO, Buckeye Pipeline, Qwest, Verizon, Sprint, L3, etc.
<br />Project also included the collection of as-built data and production of as-built drawings, and construction support
<br />services.

<br />Citywide Sidewalk Assessment, City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida - As part of the comprehensive effort to
<br />address resident’s concerns, the City has embarked on a citywide Sidewalk Assessment Program. The work
<br />included a GIS inventory of all 420 miles of City-owned sidewalks and an interactive report with sidewalk deficiency,
<br />photo and GIS location, type, and length of damage. Mr. Eckardt assisted the client in the coordination of training
<br />and field data collection of filed survey activities, and assisted field crews in the collection of data and assessing
<br />the existing condition of miles of existing sidewalks and pedestrian curb ramps, generating GIS based condition
<br />
<br />Ives Estates Park Youth Complex, Miami Dade Parks & Recreation, Miami, FL - Mr. Eckardt provided
<br />construction administration for this project which consisted of infrastructure improvements to establish a new 94 acre
<br />park and regional offices complex on the closed Ojus landfill. Project included construction of a roadway, lighted
<br />asphalt parking lots, lighted Soccer field, lighted Baseball Field, playground area, sanitary sewer lift station, striping,
<br />drainage and grading, water and sewer mains extension and irrigation system. Duties included design changes,
<br />field visits, progress reports, responses to RFI’s, Shop Drawing review, change order review, negotiation meetings
<br />& project close out.

<br />Miami-Dade West Perrine Park, Miami Dade Parks & Recreation, Miami, FL - Mr. Eckardt served as Project
<br />Engineer for the paving, grading, drainage design, and plans production for the addition of a new recreation center,
<br />parking lot, and walkways for the West Perrine Park. Mr. Eckardt was also involved in the project administration and
<br />field observation phase of this project conducting periodic field visits. Mr. Eckardt also served as Project Engineer
<br />for the design of Phase II for this park, which includes a new Aquatic Recreational Facility, with slides, water splash
<br />areas and recreational pools. Mr. Eckardt was responsible for the water, sewer and drainage design for this new
<br />addition to this project.

<br />Clubhouse / Restaurant for Melreese Golf Course, Miami, FL (LEED Silver Certification) - Mr. Eckardt was the
<br />Project Manager for this project and provided civil engineering services for the design of a new Clubhouse at the
<br />Melreese Golf Course that achieved a LEED Silver Certification. One of the design issues encountered is the existing
<br />ash contamination at the site. Mr. Eckardt was also responsible for the water and sewer permitting as well as the
<br />drainage and site sustainable design, all civil permitting and construction management.

<br />Kendall Soccer Park, Miami-Dade County, Florida - Mr. Eckardt was the construction administration manager for
<br />civil field inspections on the Kendall Soccer Park project. The major construction components of this project was the
<br />installation of four new artificial turf soccer fields, construction of a new restroom facility, the construction of a new
<br />parking lot, construction of a water main extension, new irrigation system interconnected to the existing system and
<br />the resurfacing of the existing parking lot. Mr. Eckardt oversaw daily inspections of the construction activities and
<br />daily reports that were provided to the client, to verify compliance with contract plans & specs. and also managed
<br />the RFI log, change order log, and shop drawing log, and prepared periodic reports to the client.
