He has over 20 year of experience in computer aided <br />drafting and design of engineering and architectural projects and proficient in <br />AutoCAD Civil 3D utilizing its tools, attributes, layering system and cad set up <br />environments. Mr. Olmo is experienced in Water and Sewer projects, as well as <br />Structural and Architectural specialties. Mr. Olmo is also experienced in the <br />generation of 3D models by using AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Civil <br />3D, BIM, Sketch up Pro and Adobe Photoshop. Mr. Olmo has also been <br />responsible for the field data collection of features and their representation on <br />company projects including surveying drawings, civil engineering and land <br />development project for our firm. Mr. Olmo serves as field technician and his <br />attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with other team members <br />makes him an asset for all our projects. <br /> <br />KEY EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Citywide CIP Water & Sewer Improvement Surveys, City of Opa-Locka, FL <br />This project included the topographic route surveys for over 200,000 LF of <br />roadway to receive water and sewer improvements as part of the Capital <br />Improvements Program (CIP) throughout the City of Opa-Locka, to be completed <br />with a very aggressive schedule. Mr. Olmo was the Field Technician responsible <br />for the collection of field data to prepare existing condition surveys of Right of <br />Ways identified to be developed by the City of Opa-Locka. <br /> <br />Cairo Ln Topographic Survey, City of Opa-Locka, FL - This project was an <br />emergency project to conduct a topographic survey of 2,600LF of roadway in the <br />City of Opa-Locka. Project included the collection of all above ground features, <br />spot elevations, recording of existing roadway conditions, and depiction of right-or- <br />ways along this corridor. Mr. Olmo assisted in the collection of field data, and was <br />responsible for generating the CAD drawings for this project. <br /> <br />ADA Compliant Bus Stop Improvement, Town of Miami Lakes, FL - Mr. Olmo <br />was field data collector and project CAD drafter for this project which included the <br />filed data collection, topographic survey, scope determination and the generation <br />of demolition, new construction, and maintenance of traffic plans. Project provided <br />the client with the design for ADA improvements to 19 bus stops locations, new <br />bus shelters, concrete pads, sidewalks and amenities. Project included the <br />coordination with Town, Miami-Dade Transit, conduct underground utility <br />investigations and permitting. <br /> <br />ADA and Transit Improvements, Broward County, FL. - The ADA <br />Improvements project is a multi-year project consisting of designing Transit <br />Improvements throughout Broward County that are to be compliant with ADA <br />guidelines and regulations. One of the main objectives of the program is to provide <br />ADA accessibility to thousands of bus stops within the County. The project scope <br />includes surveying, engineering design for improvements at bus stops such as <br />landing pads, shelter pads, curb & gutter, sidewalk restoration, sidewalk <br />transitions, etc. Mr. Olmo’s duties and responsibilities include the preparation of <br />engineering design drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 2012 computer aided <br />software. <br /> <br /> <br />165
